Speech therapy helps children with communication disorders effectively express their thoughts and feelings in a variety of environments.
Language therapy helps children not only comprehend both oral and written language but also produce language at the appropriate level. Therapies are offered for a variety of disorders in both individual and small group settings.

Baby signs: For babies and toddlers who are nonverbal. By using signs, babies can “talk” with their parents before they can speak, giving them a way to communicate about the world around them.
Articulation disorder: Difficulty making the sounds necessary for intelligible speech
Phonological disorder: Difficulty classifying and organizing speech sounds, resulting in unintelligible speech
Apraxia of speech: Difficulty organizing and executing movements of the speech muscles due to a neurological impairment
Sensory integration disorder: Difficulty organizing and interpreting information
from the senses -
Language delay: Difficulty comprehending and/or producing language at the appropriate age level
Oral motor disorders: Difficulty with articulation due to low muscle tone and proprioceptive awareness of the articulator ( mouth awareness)
Feeding problems: For children who have difficulty with the suck, swallow, breathe process. These children often have a tongue thrust that, in addition to affecting their ability to eat, suppresses the production of some speech sounds and often causes protrusion of the teeth.
